Created by Lance Egan the thread frenchie is a play on the classic pheasant tail frenchie using thread of various colors as the body. With wire ribbing all covered in UV resin this fly is durable enough to withstand bottom bouncing with its tungsten bead. The jig hook with the bead makes the fly ride point up making it a great euro nymphing option.
