1) Get set up

  1. Create your seller account and complete your profile
  2. Connect PayPal (required for payouts)
  3. Add your first listings and publish

2) Listing checklist

  • Photos: clear, well-lit images (simple background works best)
  • Title: pattern + size + key feature (ex: “BWO Nymph — Size 18 — Tungsten”)
  • Details: materials used, fly size, pattern name
  • Use cases: water type and/or species it’s typically used for
  • Accuracy: describe exactly what the buyer will receive

3) Shipping orders

  • Ship within 1–3 business days whenever possible
  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage is most common
  • Tracking is encouraged but not required
  • After shipping, mark the order as Fulfilled in your seller dashboard

4) Getting paid (PayPal)

Payouts are processed through PayPal. You must connect PayPal to receive earnings.

  • Earnings are released automatically a few days after orders are marked Fulfilled
  • Tracking is not required for payment release
  • If a refund or order issue is opened, payment may pause until it’s resolved

5) Problems & order issues

  • If you’re delayed, message the buyer as soon as possible
  • If something ships wrong or arrives damaged, contact support and we’ll help resolve it
  • Keep communication respectful and clear
